The World Food Travel Association is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for its 2023 Global Culinary Travel Awards program. Applications are being accepted in six categories as follows:
BEST PROGRAM TO PROMOTE CULINARY CULTURE TO VISITORS BEST SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTION IN A CULINARY TOURISM EXPERIENCE
BEST BEVERAGE EXPERIENCE FOR CULINARY TRAVELERS
BEST AGRICULTURAL OR RURAL EXPERIENCE FOR CULINARY TRAVELERS
BEST WELLNESS OR HEALTH EXPERIENCE FOR CULINARY TRAVELERS
BEST USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN A CULINARY TOURISM EXPERIENCE

The categories correspond to the Association's six practice areas. This year's judges include Elise Botiveau (Bechamels, France); Jacquie Chandler (Sustainable Tahoe, USA); Udi Goldschmidt (Jerusalem Culinary Institute, Israel); Maria Athanasopoulou (Respond on Demand, Greece); Janice Ruddock (Ontario Craft Cider Association, Canada); and World Food Travel Association Executive Director Erik Wolf (Spain).
